Biography

Niloo Razi Howe has served as a member of Tenable’s board since March of 2021 and is a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Outside of Tenable, since 2019, Niloo has served as a senior operating partner at Energy Impact Partners, a venture capital fund. She previously served as chief strategy officer and senior vice president of strategy and operations at RSA from 2015 to 2018. She has served on the board of directors of Composecure, LLC and a number of private technology companies. Niloo has a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and holds a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
