Biography

Arthur W. Coviello, Jr. has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2018. Mr. Coviello is a venture partner at Rally Ventures, LLC, a position he has held since May 2015. From February 2011 to February 2015, Mr. Coviello served as executive chairman of RSA Security LLC. Mr. Coviello has served on the boards of directors of Synchrony Financial since November 2015. He previously served on the public company boards of directors of Gigamon, Inc. from April 2017 until its acquisition in December 2017 and EnerNOC, Inc. from June 2009 until its acquisition in August 2017. Mr. Coviello received a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
