Biography

A. Brooke Seawell has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2017. Mr. Seawell is a venture partner at New Enterprise Associates Inc., a position he has held since January 2005. Mr. Seawell has served on the boards of directors of Tableau Software, Inc. since November 2011 and NVIDIA Corporation since December 1997. He served on the boards of directors of Informatica Corporation, a data integration software company, from December 1997 to August 2015 and Glu Mobile Inc., a publisher of mobile games, from June 2006 to February 2014. Mr. Seawell received both a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. in finance from Stanford University.
